I was thinking maybe a nice long,hot shower together? [She says, her tone turning lighter.] Then maybe a full body massage?

It's not that surprising. Not to bring gender into this but you are both men, both of who were taught by a man who didn't really believe in talking about feelings or the past.

[ there’s a quiet huff of laughter. ]

Dawn, I can’t talk about Bruce and Jason and hot showers with you all in the same breath but… I’ll never say no to some positive reinforcement. Especially when you’re offering a massage. You know how much I like the way you feel.

[She giggles but then her tone becomes laced with honey and she finds herself biting her lower lip.]

Right, of course. Well you know I'm always happy to help rub you, are there any areas I should pay special attention to tonight?

[ his tone softens up too, and he can't help the relief that comes with the change of topic. ]

Well, that's one thing that happened earlier today.

Oh? What do you mean?
Did you hurt yourself during training?

I've got a sore spot or two, but Gar and Rach are proud of themselves. It's pretty worth it.

Ohhh you poor thing, getting teamed up on and bashed around by two teenagers!
Where did they get you?

[farcry]

I know. Poor me, actually getting to see them become effective. [ there's affection in his voice. ] It's nothing bad, I landed poorly on my back and pulled something in my thigh. Nothing a bit of love won't fix.

[dawn_is_breaking]

[She loves hearing the tone of his voice when he talks about Gar and Rachel improving, it sounds proud and warm and it makes her love him even more.]

I promise to kiss it all better.

[She purrs.]

[ he humms a low, quiet sound. ]

Even more worth it then. Should I stop working?

[dawn_is_breaking]

It's up to you. You can either stop working and head on home so I can pamper you or....

[a small pause in which he can probably hear her smiling.]

Or you can stay on the line while I play with myself and describe it to you.
Either way you probably won't get much work done.

[farcry]

[ he makes a thoughtful noise, torn as if he hasn't made up his mind. ]

One's immediate, the other I have to drive for... but I can have both, can't I?

[She chuckles.]

Typical Dick Grayson, trying to do more than one thing at a time. King of the multitaskers.
All right, you can have both. I'll start myself off on the line with you but you better be here in person to finish me off.

[ he grins, and he's sure she can hear it in his voice, as the slow anticipation starts to simmer. ]

Oh, so it's okay to speed when it comes to you, hm? [ he pushes off the chair and she'll hear the click-clack of his keys locking the computer. ]

For the first round, maybe.

[She teases because they both know that they'll most likely go more than one round tonight. There's a small pause and she sighs, her hand creeping between her legs.]
